Dr. G.E. “Doc” Moller served Central for thirty-two years, the last twenty-seven as principal. During his tenure, Central’s reputation as one of the most respected academic institutions in the area continued to flourish as students earned countless awards and scholarships including at least one National Merit Scholarship in each of his years at Central. Under his guidance, the CHS Endowment Scholarship Fund and The Central Foundation were created. He was named one of the “top 100 school executives” by an educatoin magazine in 1989. Retired in 1995, Dr. Moller teaches college education classes in Omaha.
